Before...

I was in the space today showing it to yet another tenant. {holy crap the fabulous energy we're going to have in this space when we open the doors...] and thought I should take a couple of photos for anyone cruising this blog via IndieGoGo [Hello!}.  These photos are all before build out, please keep that in mind. The space still houses the art work of the current (soon to be previous) tenants. So some imagination is necessary to get the full measure of what this will become. But, oh, what it will become!  4400 square feet of creativity! That's right forty four HUNDRED square feet. Just think about that....

I don't want anyone out there to think that I am a gush monster, but this project totally turns me on, so I can't help but get all Capital letters in print!
